 We provide funding for many different types of qualified projects ranging from $10 million and up with no maximum cap. A min. $5 million for senior related projects.
Because projects may differ in nature we offer different methods of funding. You’ll find our methods of funding to be less costly and much more convenient than a traditional bank. Instead of accumulating interest we have a flat rate ranging in most cases from 1.5% to 4.5% based on the type of funding and with optional methods of pay back.

Once the project and methods of funding is discussed and agreed upon, you will receive a compliance and procedure package to start the application for funding.

It is important to note;
We consider the specifics of our projects, contacts and principles to be privileged and highly confidential.  If we work with you, then we will keep it confidential and privileged as well. Please don't ask, we will not divulge information about you and do not divulge information about others. We simply do not talk.

W do not advertise or solicit business.  Wealthy private entities, institutions, and government entities approach us for our help in funding and performing construction, mining, oil field and other activities as needed.
